10.00am - 7.00pm every day except Christmas Day.

Reservations
We recommend that you reserve your treatment time well in advance to avoid disappointment. A credit card number or 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations.

Cancellation Policy
When cancelling an appointment we require four hours notice otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgement of this cancellation policy.

Arrival Time
For you to enjoy the full value of your Spa treatments and experience we ask you to arrive at least 10 minutes before commencement of your treatment time. Plan your time out carefully as all treatments conclude at their scheduled time.

Suggested Attire
Comfortable clothing. Spa attire will be provided for all water therapies and treatments that may require you to use our change facilities. Underwear is required for all treatments. Disposable underwear will be provided for body wraps and water therapies. Appropriate swimwear and towels are required should you wish to use the Thermal Pools.

Client Information Form
All clients will be required to fill in a Client Information Form upon arrival. Please bring spectacles with you if required.

Valuables
While lockers may be available for your use we recommend that you leave your valuables at home. We regret we are unable to secure jewellery and valuables in the Spa.

Gift Vouchers
For your convenience, gift vouchers are available for all treatments. Purchases can be made here or by phone. Vouchers will be posted to you.

Payment
Cash and most major credit cards are accepted.
|
Cellphones
We wish to promote an environment of relaxation, therefore we ask that all cellphones be turned off upon entering the Spa.
