Soft lighting, tranquil music and a long curved reception desk with smiling faces greet you. Our Spa is not a stark, sterile white environment - it is a place with heart, somewhere for you to relax.

The entire $3million facility is modern and spacious, with twelve luxurious treatment rooms, a relaxation room, changing rooms complete with showers, six private thermal pools as well as private steam and sauna rooms.

We have a team of 25 well trained and dedicated therapists who ensure every visit
becomes a wonderful memory.

The Spa at Hanmer Springs is part of the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools complex which is a leader in health and beauty spa treatments in New Zealand.

Before your spa treatment bath in the thermal pools which is perfect and something you can't do at most other spas.

The Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools complex has been providing relaxing therapy to generations of Kiwis and overseas pleasure seekers for more than 125 years.

The complex boasts 15 open air mineral pools, three sulphur pools,a freshwater lap pool with a lazy river, six private indoor pools, a sauna/steam room and a seperate family area with family pool, water slides and a superbowl ride.

You can also enjoy a great coffee of snack at the complex's cafe that over looks the Thermal Pools.
